“Improvisation is doing better than the best work we could have done. It only takes a spontaneous reaction on our side to make the best use of things in hand rather than waiting for better things to happen.” – Shahenshah HK.
This week the Wednesday Challenge on partner Susan and my site is the word Improvise.
Stand-up comedians and musicians are renowned for their enviable ability to think on their feet and create things from scratch. Comedy routines and jazz music are a few examples of their creative talents.
However, the term “MacGyver” is used to designate any person who has a knack for invention or problem-solving using limited available resources.
No matter how well a person plans for a situation in life something untoward seems to happen which could throw a monkey wrench into the outcome.
Do friends, family and co-workers consider you to be a MacGyver — the person they go to when an unexpected problem arises that needs immediate solving?
We invite you to tell us or show us your ideas on this topic.
Our challenges are as flexible as you’d like them to be, interpret at will and use them in a way that suits you – Words, Pictures, Poetry or Rhyme.
