This week the Wednesday Challenge from partner Susan and myself is PERNICKETY PETS.
Not everyone is a pet lover but many people do own pets or do their pets actually own/control them? Some folks believe cats/dogs are too pernickety (fussy, difficult or finicky).
Dogs are always happy to greet their owners at the front door when they return home but cat lovers have discovered through trial and error that they must first placate their cuddly pet before the animal will even acknowledge their existence.
One cat owner I know has an older animal named Tiger who in a strange way knows she controls her handler. This is especially true at night when her owner answers that nightly call to the loo and discovers upon returning that her cat is now laying spread eagle on the mattress because it was warm and comfy.
This week we ask you to tell us about your own favorite cat/dog experience either pro or con. If you have a hamster, guinea pig or even a pet snake let us know. Remember that your pet might catch sight of your response and make life difficult for you.
