This week the Wednesday Challenge from partner Susan and myself is NOSTALGIA.
Many times you do not have to force yourself to experience those emotionally memorable experiences from your past. Glancing at a photo, hearing a favorite song or sight can trigger a moment or two of nostalgia.
You really don’t have to be over a certain age to experience the rush of emotions that a blast from the past can trigger. A tear or two wells up in your eyes, you smile involuntarily or you sit yourself down and remember the good old days recent!).
This week we ask you to share with us those unexpected triggers from your past that cause you to pause and reflect on your own memories.
