This week the Wednesday challenge from partner Susan and myself is CHRISTMAS DINNER.
The countdown to Christmas Day is both challenging and exciting. It is challenging insofar as to what is to be served on that day for dinner.
There is also excitement as to the number of tasty choices available to a creative chef. Turkey, ham, lamb or a special roast are traditional favorites.
The day’s main meal also includes a spotlight on desserts.
