“Some people are born for Halloween, and some are just counting the days until Christmas.” —Stephen Graham Jones
This week’s Wednesday Challenge from partner Susan and myself is HALLOWEEN.
Do you know people ( friends, family members or neighbors) who patiently wait all year for this one night dedicated to the fun night of Halloween, occult, magic and witchcraft to arrive?
I know a number of such enthusiasts who have already started organizing and preparing their costumes for the upcoming night of mischief and fun.
As soon as October 1st rolls around they are out and about searching for materials that will enable them to tailor-make their own unique costume for the much-awaited night.
The presence of the COVID 19 virus does not dampen their desire to express their inner selves on this one enchanted evening. They revel in wearing their unique attire to the much-limited crowds while still adhering to the pandemic’s safe distancing directives.
If you know anyone like that or have this same burning desire to create your own trick-or-treat attire for friends and family let us know. Tell us about it.
As always, the challenge is flexible, so please interpret in any way you wish – Words, Pictures, Poetry or Rhyme.
Please Note: Normal comments are disabled on our challenge pages in favour of pingbacks. Your comments/questions are welcome on the Talk-to-us and How-to-Pages.
Challenges published Wednesday and Saturday – 07:00 AM (UK) – 00:00 EDM (CA)
