Word Prompt Service Centers

“Always keep in mind the old retail adage: Customers remember the service a lot longer than they remember the price.”– Lauren Freedman.

This week’s Word Prompt on Susan and my site is SERVICE CENTERS.

These specialized sites dedicated to specific consumer needs seem to be popping up over night like mushrooms in a field. No customer need is too trivial.

The services offered range from automotive maintenance to medical X ray machines. If there is a need then there will be a site dedicated to that need. Convenience and customer satisfaction are their driving forces.

Professionalism and competency are the keywords that are literally plastered all around their office premises and their prime directives are aimed at pleasing you the customer.

But as we  all know snafus occur often and the high rates charged to use these facilities are often grumbled about by people who spent their hard earned financial resources to receive one type of service but in reality got a lot less than they ever expected.

This week my partner Susan and myself would like you to give us your opinion on these types of centers.

Do you think they are a boon or a bane to folks needing their professional services? Have you your own horror story or glowing report on these modern day conveniences?

Give us your opinion on the technical competence, friendliness , efficiency and general layout of the site.
