“Don’t stare at the closed door for too long… or you will miss the window opening!” ~ Unknown
The Saturday photo challenge here on Weekly Prompts is CLOSE!
It’s something of a joint effort today, I started this and GC finished it!
Close-up, close to, close shave, close off, close the door! Contrasting definitions of the one spelling.
This is one of those words in the English language that varies in definition by the way it is pronounced. Close ( clothes) the door cannot be confused with a close (klos) shave.
Well so much for your linguistic lesson for this week. 😀
Which one will you choose? We can’t wait to find out!
Interpret this challenge in any way you choose; photographs, a piece of writing, or rhyme. Whatever your choice, have fun with it!
