“The key to wisdom is this – constant and frequent questioning, for by doubting we are led to question and by questioning we arrive at the truth.” – Peter Abelard
Are you a closet doubting Thomas whose curiosity regarding an issue can only be resolved by you personally having your own hands on, empirical investigation of an issue?
To ask questions is reasonable but to go beyond common sense curiosity and enter the zone of sheer stupidity is downright exasperating, especially for the unfortunate person being put upon by your endless questioning.
In this week’s Word Prompt my talented partner Susan and myself invite you to tell us if you are a constant questioner whose need for the facts goes beyond reason or do you know someone whose unreasonable interrogations tend to raise your blood pressure levels.
